  • Every stay starts with a free meet & greet, no obligation.
  • Daycare is $12 per hour for a short visit, $40 for up to 7 hours, or $45 for a full day. You set your times when you book.
  • Size and puppy add-ons also apply on holidays. A deposit holds your dates (25%, or 50% on holidays); it comes off your balance and is refundable up to 3 days before drop-off.
  • Prices are in CAD and may vary a little with your dog’s needs and dates.
  • Winter care adds $5 per dog per night or daycare visit from January through March, after the base uplift; online card processing is calculated on the final total. Regular boarding stays receive 5% off for 7–13 nights or 8% off for 14+ nights. Holiday-priced stays do not receive a long-stay discount. The second dog receives 10% off eligible service. Only the larger long-stay or second-dog saving applies; these offers do not stack.
  • Full-day daycare on holiday dates is $65 by e-transfer or $70 by card before other care additions; winter adds $5 to the e-transfer total where applicable; the card total includes processing.
  • The rates above are base rates. Interac e-transfer and card pricing adds 13%, and card adds the processing fee; your booking estimate always shows the exact total, with nothing added afterwards.

I started Forever Paws to give dog owners in Ottawa, Kanata, Stittsville and the surrounding areas a sitter they can really trust. Someone who shows up, sends the photos, sticks to the routine, and gives your dog all the play and cuddles they’re used to. No handoffs, no strangers. Just me, and your dog.

From drop-off to daily routines, here’s how care works at ForeverPaws.

01How much attention will my dog get?
Your dog gets Kirat's full, personal attention. She cares for every dog herself in her own home, with no staff, no handoffs and no kennels, and keeps each stay small and calm so there is real one-on-one time for play, walks, cuddles and your dog's own routine. You get daily photo and message updates while you're away.
02How much does it cost?
Overnight boarding starts at $55 a night. Daycare is $40 for up to 7 hours, $45 for a full day, or $12 an hour for a short visit. A second dog from the same family gets 10% off, and every first stay starts with a free meet and greet. Your exact estimate shows as you choose dates when you book.
03Do you only look after dogs?
Yes, ForeverPaws is dog-only. That means Kirat's full attention, home and experience all go to dogs, so yours gets the best possible care.
04Is my dog ever left alone during boarding?
Almost never. Care is built around your dog’s routine, with lots of company, play and rest. Any short errand is kept brief, and your dog stays safe and comfortable at home.
05What if my dog needs medication or has special needs?
That is no problem at all. List medication, doses and timing in the care section of your booking request. You can go over it again with Kirat at the meet and greet. Medication, senior dogs, anxious pups and special diets are all welcome.
06How do payments work?
After your free meet and greet, Kirat confirms the final price. To hold your spot you pay a small deposit (25% of the total, or 50% on holidays) that comes off your balance. There are two ways to pay: Interac e-transfer to keerat.bajwa93@gmail.com (no card fee), or securely online by card. Your confirmation email carries the e-transfer address and the exact amount, so there is nothing to work out. Paying online also saves your card so the balance and any approved extra are one tap later, and Kirat always shares the amount before charging. Deposits are refundable up to 3 days before drop-off.
07How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better, since holidays and weekends fill up fast. That said, do reach out for last-minute care too. Kirat will always try to help.
